Cancellation Policy

All of the above fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.
All memberships must be paid for in advanced.
All memberships start on the 1st of any calendar month.
Please make all payments for each current month in the first week of that month.
- If your payments are late or after the first two weeks of that month there will be a late fee of $50.
Missed group lessons may be eligible for make-up classes. No credits can be given for missed group lessons.
Private lessons MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the time scheduled. If cancelled later, then full charges still apply.

Important Notice

All Wanglei International Fencing Club members must be USFA members in good standing. USFA membership allows you to participate in the tournaments and provides appropriate insurance in case of any accidents. All members must also sign a waiver of liability.
All participants must wear fencing uniform according the USFA rules and regulations.
