Welcome Summer  Camps

  1. Basic Skills Training: Emphasizes precision in basic positions, footwork, and sword techniques. This includes quick movements, changes of direction, offensive and defensive skills.

  2. Physical Enhancement: Includes endurance, speed, flexibility, and strength training. These exercises help improve overall physical fitness, enabling athletes to better execute techniques during competitions.

  3. Tactics and Strategy: Through video analysis, theoretical lessons, and practical simulations, coaches help participants understand the tactical setups of different opponents and how to respond. Learners study how to read opponents' actions during matches and choose appropriate tactics.

  4. Psychological Training: Fencing is highly psychological, and the camp may include mental strength training such as focusing attention, controlling match tempo, and coping with pressure.

  5. Mock Competitions: Organizing mock competitions allows participants to apply learned skills and tactics in practice, enhancing their match feel and adaptability.

Welcome Camp 3 & 4

The advanced classes at an épée summer camp typically cater to students who already have some fencing skills and experience. The training content is more in-depth and professional, aimed at enhancing participants' competitive level and technical proficiency.
